Enjoy a series of apple-themed activities this half term in celebration of Allantide, a Cornish festival celebrating the 'first day of winter' on 31 October. Historically red apples were given to families as a sign of good luck and to celebrate Saint Allan. 

You can make a clay tile, create a stuffed apple out of recycled materials or paint your own craft tree to take home. Get creative and let your imagination run free!
